Great where extra stability is needed - or where you want to span longer distances. 39" high, 3" wide, 14" base, weighs 16 lbs when filled with water. Comes in High-visibility orange or yellow. Includes C-hooks. 6mm or 8mm plastic chain can be hooked to c-hooks or run continuously through slots beneath decorative top. Spans up to 12' between posts with 6mm chain, up to 10" between posts with 8mm chain. Available with DOT reflective tape. Great new product for parking lots, traffic control or wherever extra weight is needed.
