Returns

If you are unhappy with any equicross product, you may return it shipping prepaid within 7 days in new, salable condition for a merchandise credit or a cash refund equal to the price of the product less a 25 percent restocking fee. Custom order products are subject to additional charges - which may be necessary to return a product to new and salable condition. If any product is found to be defective - manufacturers warranty will apply.
